08' GOP Dark Horse UPDATE!

Previous article on the Dark Horse for 08'.

VPOTUS Cheney was hospitalized after experiencing shortness of breath. This may sound serious (and with health it always is), but it's not as dramatic as some may think. Let's do the medical history: four heart attacks, quadruple bypass surgery, two artery-clearing angioplasties and a pacemaker implanted in his chest. Pretty grim stuff. Mr. Cheney suffered his first heart attack in 1978 (at 37 years old) and had two more by age 47 (then a quadruple bypass). After his first heart attack, Mr. Cheney quit smoking. He is 64 years old.

Now the positives: In 2000, the Vice President began an exercise routine and changed his diet (one might think he'd start sooner). Since 2001 & he's becoming VPOTUS, he has not had a heart attack.

As mentioned previously, a young and vigorous bottom-half to a Cheney ticket would go a long way. Can he stay healthy through the campaign? Maybe...
