TREASON!

Certain centers have begun diluting the authority of the United States government. I believe their ultimate goal is to force a collaboration after they've leveraged themselves as the only purveyor of a citizen's crowning desire: tax rebate monies.

Three private financial institutions in New Jersey (branches of Wachovia, Chase, and Penn Federal) all refused to cash tax rebates issued by state and federal treasuries. The state check was issued by Wachovia, yet they still refused to make payment on their own check. The Federal check does not list a bank; it is stamped 'United States Treasury'. All three banks refused to honor it. How can a bank in the United States, operating within the Regional Reserve System (12 regional banks instead of 1 national), deny a United States government check? We need a 'Help America Get Paid' Act stating checks from government entities will be honored at any federally insured bank. These banks are causing checks issued by the United States government to be worthless, hence they are subverting gov't authority.
