Nagin and New York

The only thing offensive about Mr. Nagin’s crass ‘hole in the ground’ comment is that it's correct. Five years of red-tape, disaffected individual interests, and opportunistic politicians have delayed what should have been a rapid rebuild. Shameful, disgraceful, scandalous… these are the superlatives surrounding the rebuilding in New York.
