Democrats took control of Congress ten days ago. According to Speaker Nancy Pelosi's 'First 100 Hours' clock, they've only had legislative power for 23 hours and 34 minutes because "We're just counting the legislative hours."
Using this calculus, I suppose a Democrat president wouldn't finish their first hundred days until the second term.
