Karl Rove won't be charged with any crime concerning the leak of Valerie Plame's identity. After (I think) five testimonials, special prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald decided Rove could not be "Libbied" or "Clintoned"; both words refer to initially un-indictable men being charged after presenting their testimony.
