Zarqawi Killed

Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the operational commander for Al-Qaeda in Iraq, was killed by US warplanes along with several associates.

For months, Zarqawi had been the most wanted terrorist in Iraq. He gained special attention with his barbarous decapitations.

Recently, the US military released unedited video of Zarqawi with an automatic weapon. In the video, the Jihadist 'warrior' displayed his military ineptitude; no knowledge of his weapon system, burning his hand by touching a hot barrel, and requiring assistance to clear a blockage.

This video removed the cloak of mythology surrounding Zarqawi and almost certainly contributed to his demise.
