Democrats: Talking Point Memo

If you (a Democrat) mention Iraq, you must include that it is a civil war (though most Iraqis would disagree). Portraying it, as such, is politically advantageous towards the domestic endgame (read: capitulation). International consequences will be dealt with after regaining control of the executive branch (my early prediction: the GOP will take back the House and retain the presidency).
