Ah Anbar...

Al Anbar province is one of the most dangerous places on earth. It is an insurgent stronghold thanks to sympathizers and a vast desert sanctuary. It also shares a long border with Syria. The province is large in area, but the population is sparse.

Al Anbar is just one piece, though it's a critical one. The number of seats by province are listed to better convey the population of each subnational entity, along with a map to find the location of the provincial unit.
