I think the radical left is going to revolt (figuratively) after Judge Alito is confirmed. They are furious about losing two 'Supreme' confrontations without a swing. Watch for a poor organizational commitment from the Dem grassroots in 06'.
Maybe this prediction is not so bold. It was predicted in It's Alito! the tide was turning.
For Republicans & the right, the fight isn't over. The Court has four (perceived) stalwarts, but it takes five to form a majority.
