Hamas has transformed from a minor peripheral support structure to the leading party within Palestine. By becoming a political leader, focus will be on Hamas to degree they've never endured. "You cannot have one foot in politics and another in terror," said U.S. Secretary of State Rice. The politics of terror will be counterproductive when Hamas forms a government.
