While still waiting for a reply to the assumptions posed here, I also would like to request any legal scholar validate the following quotation with respect to constitutional law. • Ms. Rhodes was mid-harangue, so we'll presume it was a cerebral stumble instead of a calculated mis-characterization (just riling them up).
• Randi may have been misquoted. 'Em' could have been 'him'. Our apologies.
