Every pundit I've heard from (twenty or so) is predicting a Philadelphia Eagles' victory over the New York Giants in their NFL Wild Card playoff game. The Giants were embarrassed last year by the Carolina Panthers but they are going to be ready for a division rival, especially in the playoffs. I'm think the G'men will show up and win today.
There is one certainty in the NFL: division games are always unpredictable because of the familiarity developed by teams playing each other twice every year. This game is the third meeting by these teams in sixteen weeks.
Last night's Dallas Cowboy loss, on a fumbled snap during a chip-shot field goal attempt, showcased the uncertainty of even common plays. The same can be said for the missed extra point by the Cincinnati Bengals, eliminating them from playoff contention.
Let's go big blue!
